Four phases, so you always know what happens next.
The same structure carries every consultancy project, whether it ends in a GMP certificate, a HACCP plan or a halal submission. You get a fixed sequence, named deliverables per phase, and one internal audit before the certification body arrives.

Analysis
Gap analysis of the premises and layout, equipment suitability, process flow and operational control, and whatever SOPs and records already exist.

System development
The manual and SOPs, covering personnel, premises, equipment, process control and records. Where the scope includes HACCP, the hazard analysis and CCP plan is built here.

Documentation
Prerequisite programmes written and issued: cleaning and sanitation, pest control, preventive maintenance, personal hygiene, supplier control, and the record templates.

On site guidance, record keeping set up, monitoring and continuous improvement, and one full internal audit session before certification.

Training costs come off the levy, not the budget.
We are an HRD Corp registered training provider under PSMB 5951. Employers who contribute to the levy can claim our programmes, including under SBL-Khas, so the decision usually stops being about price.

DH Movere is an appointed Rakan Strategik Halal of Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Johor. Our halal competency seminars are run with JAINJ, against MPPHM Domestic 2020 and the MyeHalal submission process.

The trainer has done the job being taught.
Our principal has more than 15 years in HSSE across electronics, steel, refinery and oleochemical, and hospitality, including HSSE leadership for a Khazanah linked group. First aid is delivered by a practising paramedic with United Nations service.
